This DVD contains the complete live performance from H20's historic 10-year Anniversary show at NYC's Knitting Factory! It was an ass-kickin’ night in which no one who was present will soon forget, and indeed a fitting evening for their token blend of searing hardcore and melodic punk.

Also included on the DVD is the original longform home video "F.T.T.W." shot between 1994 and 1999 which includes interviews, H20 in the studio recording their first 2 records, tons of on the road footage and live songs from all over the world. All of H2O's promo videos are also included such as "Spirit of '84", "Family Tree", "Everready", "One Life One Chance", "Role Model", their cover of Ice Cube's classic, "It Was a Good Day". The DVD also comes strapped with an EXTRA BONUS FOOTAGE section.
